Americans Looking at America in The Bicentennial Year.

In the summer of 1976, America's Bicentennial, my family and I camped across the country, from Massachusetts to California. We stayed at National Parks, and lived out of our orange 1970 Volkswagen Camper and a coincidentally matching orange tent. As always, I made photographs and those from this trip were later edited and shown as “Americans Looking at America in The Bicentennial Year.”
